It’s officially Spring and as time goes on the days will become warmer and more inviting to spend time outdoors. Here are some ideas to help get your landscape in picture perfect condition.

  • Prune trees as needed, raise undercarriage and remove all suckers and water spouts.

  • Complete spring clean-up: remove all leaves, sticks & debris from landscape and lawn ; cut down any dead growth from last season

  • Clean out window wells and drainage areas

  • Prepare beds, fix & reestablish edging

  • Apply weed preventer & a top dressing of mulch to mulched garden beds

  • Divide summer and fall blooming perennials

  • Remove any winter protection you used from shrubs or trees.
